Refund policy

At SOOQY, we want you to love every product you purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Return requests must be sent to hello@sooqydxb.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

• We do not accept returns on final sale or customized items.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
